Refund policy

All sales are final

For orders placed on or after August 28, 2026, all sales are final. We do not accept returns and do not issue refunds for change of mind, fit, or unwanted gifts.

Orders placed before August 28, 2026 are covered by the 30-day return policy that was in effect at the time of purchase. Email us at hello@physicalphones.com and we will take care of it.

Cancel before it's fulfilled

You can cancel your order for a full refund any time before it has been fulfilled by our fulfillment partner. Email hello@physicalphones.com with your order number and the shipping address you entered at checkout. Orders can be picked up for fulfillment at any point after they are placed, so send your request as soon as you can — we cannot guarantee we will be able to catch it in time. Once an order has been fulfilled we are not able to cancel it, for any reason.

Damaged or defective on arrival

If your Physical Phone arrives damaged or does not work, email hello@physicalphones.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo or short video of the problem. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund, and we cover shipping both ways. We may ask you to send the phone back using a prepaid label we provide.

Wrong or extra item

If we shipped the wrong product, the wrong color, or an extra unit, that is our mistake. Email hello@physicalphones.com and we will fix it at no cost to you.

90-Day Limited Warranty

Every Physical Phone is covered against defects in materials and workmanship for 90 days from the date of delivery. This is separate from returns and is unchanged. See our 90-Day Limited Warranty page for what it covers and how to make a claim.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges.

Lost or stolen packages

If your package is lost, stolen, or damaged in transit and you added Route shipping protection at checkout, file a claim at claims.route.com and we will help you through it.
